Growing up, I never unequivocally had an acne complaint – a zit here and there occasionally. Over the past year I have been removing a lot of zits (I do not know if it’s stress, or what.) I didn’t think which at 23, I would begin removing acne. Anyway, I’ve attempted active and all sorts of face washes…I try to rinse my pillowcase each time I do laundry, I rinse my face in the showering in the morning, and prior to I go to bed, etc.
Does any one have any tricks they make use of which have worked? I need to find a dermatoligist but I am brand new to the area and have to find a initial caring medicine first.
Any suggestions would be severely appreciated!

Try Dermalogica products. They have a line for acne prone skin. I discovered it 3 years ago and swear by it.
It’s pricey and hard to find. Try the website and call high end spas to see if they carry it. You may even be able to order it online.
Good luck.
a gentle face wash. 2.5% benzoyl (neutrogena spot on maybe?) lightly put that on. Then some cetaphil face moisturizer, with 2 drops of 100% jojoba oil. I find the jojoba oil helps with the flakiness but you dont want to use to much or you will look oily.
i have oily skin and i believe it tricks my skin into thinking its produced enough oil. my skin is looking much better. ive had acne since i was 9. im 30 now. trust me. ive tried everything. proactiv twice.
oh, dont pick your skin. everyone does it and it only makes it worse. i use a trick of putting a notepad and pen right by my mirror. so if i want to pick at my skin i have to document it. its the only trick ive found to work. i used to pick my skin when i was younger because i thought it would help or because i was tired of looking at it. it always just made it worse and scarred.
Hormones can change your skin. If its stress (which can cause everything from acne to heart disease) try to find something relaxing. Acne is usually just the first sign.
Good job washing your pillowcases!
just remember to be gentle with your skin. scrubs can make it worse. Find a gentle natural scrub if you have to and use it sparingly.
Try Murad acne complex, it works wonders!
You can buy it at Ulta, Or sephora
Hope i helped!
What I use is hand soap. I know it sounds wierd but seriously it works. I asked the same question and some girl said “Hand soap” and I tried it and half of my pimples were gone in like a day!!! Try it!
clean and clear acne advantage kit. worked for my friends acne in a week and she had it REALLY bad.
